  • Delivery availability may vary depending on the courier serviceability of your location.

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Shipping Charges

Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address details, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. PerfumeBay is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details provided during checkout.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery:

  1. Record an unboxing video before opening the package.
  2. Take clear photographs of the package and product.
  3. Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted without supporting evidence may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us. We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and provide a resolution.
